• Valid driving license: You need a valid driving license issued in Europe.
• Passport or identity card: You will need a valid passport or identity card as proof of identity.
• Payment and deposit for car rental: When picking up the vehicle, we ask you to pay the rental price
• Reservation: You need the reservation confirmation.
• Age requirements: The minimum age to rent a vehicle from Happy Deals is 24 years.
• Additional driver documents: You must present a valid European driving license.

Rental car insurance:

If the vehicle is damaged during the rental period, the repair or replacement service is limited.

This excess is called the deductible. The remaining costs are covered by your car insurance. So, if something happens to your vehicle, you only pay a €70.00 deductible, and we'll cover the rest.

If the vehicle is undamaged upon return, you will receive the deductible back.

Liability insurance means that the insurance covers damages caused to other people. This means that the insurance will pay out to third parties if you accidentally cause them injury, loss, or damage.

Theft of personal property is not covered. Insurance rates include liability and property damage, fire, and theft of the vehicle, but not luggage and other personal belongings of the customer.
